1. Nature of Digital Services
Every service provided by Doctors Branding BD is fully customized for medical practitioners. Upon package confirmation, a dedicated healthcare strategist, medical copywriter, graphic designer, and video editor are immediately assigned to your account. Because direct creative labor and dedicated hours are committed from day one, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Prior to Work Commencement
- If a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment and prior to the onboarding/strategy planning session, 90% of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative and payment gateway processing charge.
- Once 24 hours have elapsed or preliminary content strategy preparation has started, this cancellation option shall no longer apply.
3. Client Satisfaction & Revision Policy
Ensuring your utmost satisfaction with deliverable quality is our primary commitment. If any graphic design or video creative does not meet your expectations:
- We will provide necessary edits and revisions based on your feedback in accordance with your package terms.
- If needed, we will assign an alternate senior creative lead to ensure output matches your professional standard and brand identity.
4. Non-Refundable Third-Party Expenses
The following direct third-party expenses are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Direct advertising spend deployed on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or Google Ads platforms.
- Domain registration, web hosting, or third-party software/plugin licensing fees.
- WhatsApp Business API credits or SMS gateway top-ups.
5. Refund Request Procedure
For any billing-related inquiries or formal refund reviews, please send a written request stating your invoice number and reason to [email protected]. Our billing and accounts department will verify and provide a decision within 3–5 business days.
