1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting the Doctors Branding BD website, requesting a free audit, or subscribing to any of our monthly retainers or custom packages, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies set forth on this page.
2. Scope of Services
We provide the following professional digital marketing and branding services according to your selected package:
- Social Media Management: Facebook & Instagram page optimization, regular graphic post design, and structured content calendar management.
- Medical Video Editing: Professional editing of healthcare and awareness videos featuring engaging hooks, animated subtitles, color grading, and sound design.
- Ad Campaign Management: Targeted Meta and Google advertising campaigns to increase relevant patient reach and engagement.
- Messaging Automation: Smart automated reply flows for WhatsApp and Messenger to streamline patient inquiries and appointment funnels.
3. Client Responsibilities & Medical Ethics
- Accuracy of Medical Information: The accuracy, scientific validity, and clinical responsibility of all health advice and opinions featured in posts or videos rest entirely with the client physician.
- Timely Approvals: In order to maintain consistent publishing schedules and ad lifecycles, clients must provide prompt feedback and approvals on draft creatives.
- Ethical & Regulatory Compliance: We strictly refrain from creating, publishing, or promoting any misleading, non-scientific, or ethically questionable medical claims.
4. Billing & Payment Terms
- All monthly retainers and project fees are payable in advance prior to the commencement of work or on the stated invoice due date.
- Payments should be processed through official corporate bank transfer, bKash / Nagad merchant channels, or authorized invoice payment gateways.
- Delays in renewal payments may lead to a temporary pause in content scheduling and active ad campaign management.
5. Advertising Budget (Ad Spend)
Direct platform advertising budgets (Ad Spend on Meta and Google) are separate and not included in our agency service fees. Clients can link their own international debit/credit cards or fund ad campaigns through our central agency billing setup.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, you retain complete ownership of the final designs, custom graphics, and edited video assets produced for your brand. Doctors Branding BD reserves the standard agency right to feature non-confidential deliverables within our professional portfolio and case studies.
7. Cancellation & Notice Period
To pause or discontinue an ongoing monthly retainer package, a formal written notice must be submitted at least 15 (fifteen) days before the end of the current billing cycle.
